office of the Governor as the New York State BBQ Championship, qualifying the winner for the
National Championship. Great food and great music are the main attractions for guests to the
festival, with live music filling Riverfront Park on both Saturday, July 18 and Sunday, July 19th and a special fireworks

| One of Troy’s most historic buildings, the Burden Iron Works Museum was recently named one of the Seven to Save by the Preservation League of New York State. An afternoon lecture series, museum tours, and the unveiling of the Hanks Family Bicentennial exhibition will offer a unique glimpse of Troy as it existed 200 years ago.
