Investigation and Remedial Plan for the Sperry
Warehouse Site
The City of Troy is seeking proposals from qualified
consultants to provide engineering services at
the Sperry Warehouse Site to determine the contamination
source(s), and to identify, evaluate, and select
a long-term remedial action that is cost effective
and environmentally sound. The City has received
a grant from the Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA) to investigate the site. Specifications,
