Traffic Signal Replacements and ITS Improvements

Rensselaer County, replacement of 18 traffic signals and ITS improvements in the City of Troy, NY PIN 1756.70. Project consists of traffic signal replacements, reconstruction, pavement milling, pavement markings, and traffic signal priority. Subcontracting is permitted as described in Section 108-05 of the Standard Specifications of the Department of Transportation.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Utilization Goal: 11%
Women-owned Business Subcontracting Goal: 6.9%
Goal for Minority Participation: 3.2%
