Payments [New]
The City of Troy accepts payments for property
taxes, water and sewer bills, and parking fines
online. Payments may be made by a credit card,
debit card, or an electronic check. To pay by electronic
check, you will be asked to enter your bank routing
and account numbers at checkout. These numbers
can be found on the bottom left of all standard
