Upgrades to Kinloch Park Mean Temporary Park Closure

Troy, N.Y. — The Madden Administration and the City of Troy are providing much-needed upgrades to local parks, including Kinloch Park in Troy’s Eastside neighborhood.

Kinloch Park will temporarily close on June 26th, 2023. Once work is complete, neighbors can look forward to improved sidewalks, drainage and parking.

The City of Troy is using American Rescue Plan Act funding to improve local parks. In addition to providing upgrades to Kinloch Park, Troy is working on Canal Park, Beman Park and the 112th Street Park, among others. Our parks are essential to the quality of life in our neighborhoods and will once again be a source of pride for city residents.
