TROY, NY (Nov 27) – Troy City Hall will be closed tomorrow, November 28th and Friday, November 29th for the Thanksgiving holiday. Garbage and recycling pick up will not occur Thursday, but if regularly scheduled Thursday it will be picked up Friday. If regularly scheduled Friday it will be picked up on Friday the 29th.
