TROY, NY (Dec 23) - There will be no sanitation pick up on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day and City Hall will also be closed on those holidays. All sanitation pick-up scheduled for Christmas and New Year’s Day will be done on Thursday, December 26th and Thursday, January 2nd.
