   Please use this form to sign up for our Pitch In Program. The City of Troy encourages residents, businesses, and community groups to ‘adopt’ an alleyway, gateway, neighborhood, or waterfront site. ‘Adopting’ streets, alleyways and gateways will encourage residents and businesses to keep that area clean, whether it be planting a flower bed or picking up garbage, and build pride throughout the city.
