Multiple area variances on a single property will be charged one variance fee.
- Residential: $150
- Commercial: $200
Use Variance
- Residential: $300
- Commercial: $500
Special Use Permit
- Residential: $150
- Commercial: $200
Rezoning Request
- Residential: $500
- Commercial: $1,000
Site Plan Review
Based on value of project and excludes subdivision fee.
- Not more than $10,000: $250
- Above $10,000: $400
- Above $100,000 but not more than $500,000: $500
- Above $500,000: $ 750
Subdivision Review
- Under 5 Lots: $300
- 6 Lots or more: $500
Extension of Expiring Approval
- Within 2 years of approval: No Fee
- After 2 years of approval: 1/2 of Original Fee
